Accura ("the app") is billing and production-tracking software for uniform shops and tailoring businesses, built and maintained by Parived Technologies. This policy explains what information Accura collects, why, and how it's handled.
Accura is used by shop owners (Admins) and their staff to manage their own business — customers, bills, and production. If you're a shop owner, you and your staff are the "users" of the app for the purposes of this policy. Your customers' details (name, phone, address, billing history) are stored by you, as data you control, using this app as your tool — Parived Technologies processes it only to provide the app's functionality to you.
To sign in, Admins provide an email address and password; staff sign in with a mobile number and password instead. This is used solely to authenticate you and identify which shop's data you can access.
Everything you enter to run your shop: customer names, phone numbers, and addresses; bills, estimates, and payment records; product and pricing information; manufacturing workorder details; fabric stock levels; and, if you choose to add them, your shop's bank account details and GST number for printing on invoices. This data is stored so the app can function — generating invoices, tracking payments, and reporting on your business.
Reference photos you optionally upload for products, garment planning, or your shop/school logos.
Accura's license enforces a limit on how many desktop and mobile devices can be active per shop at once. To do this, it records an identifier for each device that signs in against your license.
If enabled, the app may report technical error details (what went wrong, which app version, which screen) to help us fix bugs. Business and customer data is deliberately stripped out of these reports before they're sent — see "How error reporting is handled" below.
Your data is stored locally on your device (so the app works without internet) and synced to Supabase, our cloud database provider, which acts purely as infrastructure — it does not use your data for its own purposes. Connections to Supabase are encrypted in transit.
If crash/error reporting is enabled in a given build of the app, technical details (error messages, app version, which screen was open) may be sent to our error-monitoring provider to help us find and fix bugs. Before anything is sent, any field that looks like a name, phone number, address, email, GST number, bank detail, password, or similar is automatically redacted — this scrubbing happens on your device, before the report ever leaves it.
If you choose to connect Google Drive (Settings → Backup), your shop's data is backed up to your own Google Drive account, under your own Google sign-in — Parived Technologies does not receive a copy of this backup or have access to your Google account.
Accura is a business tool for shop owners and staff. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Accura after a change means you accept the updated policy.
